Biang! It's an interesting restaurant name isn't it? It's an onomatopoeia of the sound that noodles make when they are being pulled and slammed against a work surface! X'an cuisine is famous for their spices. All the dishes are spicy, sour and fulled of hot peppers. But don't worry if you're not a spicy food lover, you can definitely ask servers to adjust the level of spice.
I tried their famous dish spicy cumin lamb biang-biang noodles.The hot chili and the spice worked well with the strong flavor of the tender lamp. The flavor was unforgettable. Even though I'm not a spicy food lover, I'm sure this will not be my last time visiting the restaurant. If you love noodles like I do,please try it and you'll definitely love it!

The restaurant has been introduced by many media including cooking channel, Time Out NY, New York Times, New York Magazine...etc. The foods are traditional but the restaurant's decorations and their services are trendy. It's a good place for you to experience the young and chic Chinese culture.
Don't forget to try their skewers. You can try either lamp, beef or chicken. Love their spices! I can finish three skewers at once,haha.

留學生便宜思鄉美食in 法拉盛!
這家位於法拉盛的Biang!賣得是道地的西安名吃，說到西安最有名的就是麵食和辣食了，所有的食物以麻、酸、辣為主，最最不能缺少的就是辣子了! 雖然我本人不太能吃辣不過我非常熱愛麵食，辣度是可以調整的，如果你跟我一樣不能吃太辣的食物可以向服務生說調整辣度，點羊肉麵之外記得點幾串肉串當飯後小點心喔哈哈
